We suggest drinking each juice about 1.5 hours-2 hours apart. Begin with the first juice when you wake up, and end with the last drink one hour before you go to bed.
You can also drink water, tea or coconut water during your cleanse. This helps keep you hydrated as well as assisting in the elimination of toxins.
We suggest that you aim for 6-8 hours of sleep. During sleep, your body will continue to eliminate toxins while healing and regenerating itself.
Your skin is your largest organ and provides an efficient exit route for waste, so exfoliation is key. Dry skin brushing before a shower or before exercising will open up pores. People who exercise and sweat often have the best results from the cleanse.
If you are feeling satisfied but you are missing the act of eating, then a carrot or celery stick will help. A handful of almonds (without the skin) will also do the trick.
Finally, we suggest that you use this time to reflect on the foods you are replacing with the juices.
